Linguine with pink shrimps, lime and passion fruit

INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PERSONS)

250 g linguine “Pastificio Marella”
150 g pink shrimp
1 clove of garlic
2 limes
2 passion fruit
as required vegetable broth
as required salt and pepper
as required of organic extra virgin olive oil

PROCEDURE

  1. Clean the pink prawns, remove the shell and brown in a pan with a clove of garlic.
  2. Deglaze with lime juice and add cooking water.
  3. Cook the “Pastificio Marella” linguine in boiling salted water.
  4. Stir in the “Pastificio Marella” linguine with pink prawns, lime and passion fruit.

PRESENTATION

Serve the “Pastificio Marella” linguine with pink prawns, lime and passion fruit on a plate.
