Linguine with pink shrimps, lime and passion fruit
INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PERSONS)
250 g linguine “Pastificio Marella”
150 g pink shrimp
1 clove of garlic
2 limes
2 passion fruit
as required vegetable broth
as required salt and pepper
as required of organic extra virgin olive oil
PROCEDURE
- Clean the pink prawns, remove the shell and brown in a pan with a clove of garlic.
- Deglaze with lime juice and add cooking water.
- Cook the “Pastificio Marella” linguine in boiling salted water.
- Stir in the “Pastificio Marella” linguine with pink prawns, lime and passion fruit.
PRESENTATION
Serve the “Pastificio Marella” linguine with pink prawns, lime and passion fruit on a plate.
