Apulian maccherone with mushrooms, mussels and bread crumbs


Preparation: 15 minutes | Difficulty: hard

INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 PERSONS)

250 g Apulian Maccheroncino “Pastificio Marella”
150 g cardoncelli
100 g net-fruited mussels
1 clove of garlic
as required white wine
100 g bread crumbs
as required thyme
as required vegetable broth
as required salt and pepper
as required organic extra virgin olive oil

PROCEDURE

  1. Cut the cardoncelli previously.
  2. Brown the cardoncelli in oil and garlic, deglaze with white wine and add mussels and breadcrumbs.
  3. Cook the “Pastificio Marella” Apulian macaroni in boiling salted water.
  4. Drain the Apulian macaroni in a pan and stir in.

PRESENTATION

Serve the Apulian macaroni “Pastificio Marella” with cardoncelli, mussels and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
